The second part of the gameplay is the weekend when she is free to wander about the castle and its surrounding environment. If there's a certain class you wish Elodie to take, it's up to the player to manage her mood. Trying to teach Elodie how to maintain her composure while depressed will not bode well as she won't be able to focus thus not gaining any stat bonuses at all. In this case, she will focus better on Expression and Animal Handling but will have a penalty in Royal Demeanor, Conversation, and Athletics.
